Flash Those Pearly Whites

The How-To Guide to Having a Million Dollar Smile

Is there a better compliment to receive than “You have a nice smile?”  In my book, no, not really.  Since a young age my mother has instilled the importance of good dental hygiene upon me, and I have listened.

I have done it all when it comes to trying to keep my teeth sparkly and shiny. White strips, White-light teeth lighteners, special toothpastes – you name it, I have tried it.  Do they work, some yes – some no.  Lets face it, it is a lot of work and a lot of $$$ to keep up with the latest and greatest fads. Fortunately for you, I am going to save you some time and money by telling you my 5 Step { Cheap and Easy } teeth whitening process.

All you need are 3 ingredients :

A Whitening Toothpaste – I prefer Colgate Optic White

Baking Soda – I use Arm & Hammer

Mouthwash – I just use an everyday Antiseptic Mouthwash, but a Whitening one will work as well

STEP 1 : Brush your teeth normally, for the recommended two minutes with your Whitening Toothpaste.  Any type of toothbrush works, I just use a basic one – nothing fancy needed here!

STEP 2 : Swap out the Toothpaste for your Baking Soda this round.  A nickel size amount is what I would suggest using.  Brush for one minute.

STEP 3 : Lets introduce the Mouthwash to the party.  Swish and swirl around for 30 seconds until your mouth is on fire !

STEP 4 : We go back to STEP 1, Brush with your Whitening Toothpaste for an additional 2 minutes.

STEP 5 : One more time for the Mouthwash.  Swish for a final 30 seconds.

See, I told you it was quick and easy – the whole process takes about 6 minutes.  I like to do these 5 Steps every night before bed { this will allow you to see the best results } but any where from 3-4 times a week will give you the look you desire.  Make this a habit and I guarantee in NO TIME you will have a movie star smile without dropping movie star money – PLUS you will never have a cavity again.
