The Whitney, NYC

This past weekend I used my Bank of America card to gain free entrance to the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. { Did you know if you are a BoA card holder you can gain free access to different museums in nearly every state on the first weekend of every month – pretty awesome } Located along The High Line and the Hudson River, the museum stands out against the water with its architecturally modern structure and floor to ceiling windows. The 8 floor museum not only holds 8 floors of amazing art, but also contains 8 floors worth of incredible views of all of lower Manhattan.

Honestly going to the museum could be worth it to some for just the views alone. The current exhibition, America is Hard to See, is dedicated to the ideas, dreams, beliefs, and passions that have helped sculpt American Art to what it is today. I would recommend putting The Whitney is on your NYC list of things to do, and hey – all BoA members take advantage of this perk!
