Kicking The Weekend Off On The Right Foot

Its that time of the week again – Friday night ! Friday’s are the best – you have 48 hours of freedom ahead of you, the world is yours.  This Friday I am starting the night out right by making some delicious cocktails using the Fresh Lemonade drinks the awesome team at  Belvoir Fruit Farms sent me.

I am super excited to have the chance to work with the Belvoir team, not only do they make amazing drinks but the bottles have the most amazing packaging and designs.  It almost makes it too hard to drink – almost.  Every bottle is lemonade based, but with a unique twist and they are ever so refreshing.

As soon as I got out of work, I headed right to the closest Whole Foods to grab a couple things to mix into my Friday night cocktail.  A bottle of White Wine, a couple Oranges, fresh Rosemary and a Seltzer water will be all you need for tonight’s drinks.

My first “adult” concoction of the evening mixes Belvoirs Organic Elderflower Lemonade with a bottle of White Wine, I chose a Sauvignon Blanc – I don’t love super sweet wines, but if you do this drink would be perfect with a Moscato.

Mix a half a bottle of Belvoir Elderflower Lemonade

One glass of your White Wine of choice

A splash of Seltzer

One sprig of Rosemary for garnish – and a little kick !

This makes for a super light, refreshing drink served best with Pasta and a Cheese Tray!

Second drink on deck was a mix with another favorite brand of mine, Heritage Distilling Co.  I grabbed the Huckleberry Vodka they sent my way and my Belvoir Pomegranate Raspberry Lemonade, mixed the two together and magic was made.

To make the perfect fruity spritzer mix

Half a bottle of Belvoir Pomegranate Raspberry Lemonade

One shot of Huckleberry Vodka ( 2 if you are feeling frisky )

A couple Blueberries for the fun factor and an Orange for garnish

Happy Friday everyone, have a WONDERFUL weekend
