I found Wonderland in the form of an Indian restaurant on the Lower East Side of New York City. Seriously, this restaurant is quite amazing. This tiny little Indian restaurant seats maybe 10 tables max, so it is fairly cozy to begin with but add in about a thousand different string lights draped across the ceiling and you have a magical setting for some incredible food.
Located on 1st avenue in the heart of the East Village – Panna II offers its guest a unique dining experience paired with authentic Indian cuisine. Oh, and did I mention it is BYOB and located only 10 minutes from the Union Square Trader Joes Wine shop? Basically Panna II is heaven on earth. If you are in NYC, definitely make this a dinner stop for the night – you will not be sorry.
