Killer Booty Workout

So its January second which means I am on Day 2 of my total lifestyle change.  If you are reading this and confused what I am speaking about – check out this post!  Amping up my fitness routine is a huge part of my 2018 goals.  Perusing Pinterest for hours, working with a trainer and mixing in my own fun touches – I have nailed down the perfect Killer Booty Workout for any babe looking to get it right AND get it tight.

My gym has adjustable barbells customized for smaller frames/females which is a HUGE win – if yours does not… you can do all of these exercise with dumbells as well.  Try with 10 lb ones and if you can do more… DO MORE!

The KILLER Booty Workout

Warm-Up ( do this 2x to get the blood pumping! )

  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 100 Butt Kicks
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 Bicycles
  • 20 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Burpees

The Tough Stuff  ( do this circuit 3 times to really feel the BURN )

  • 15 weighted squats
  • 15 deadlights
  • 30 lunges ( 15 each side )
  • 20 single leg deadlifts ( 10 each side )
  • 20 curtsy lunges ( 10 each side )
  • 20 squat jumps to burn it out

The full workout through should put you right at the 30 minute time slot.  This workout is totally able to be customized and modified.  For newbies or those times when weights are not available – this workout can be done weightless and still be super tough.  Also a great quick workout for hotel rooms or snow days ( you will keep warm with that booty burn!!! )
