WOAH the winter weather has hit Philadelphia hard. This is the 5th snowfall we have had and its not even two weeks into January!!! Summer, please come back to us.
This past Monday we had an adult early dismissal for work due to ice storms – yes, adult early dismissals do exist and they are AMAZING. After fighting my way through traffic and ice, I was so hungry when I finally arrived at my place so a BIG OLD SMOOTHIE was exactly what I needed. This “Snow Day” smoothie is super easy to make and tastes amazing. All you need is :
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana
- 4 frozen coconut cubes
- 2 tsp of almond butter
Mix it all together in the blender and top with coconut granola. Seriously its so creamy and yummy.
